Whistleblowing Policy

Our company’s Whistleblowing Policy establishes secure channels through which individuals can report any suspected wrongdoings or misconduct.

To encourage whistleblowers to disclose information about alleged improper conduct, the Whistleblower Protection Act of 2010 ensures safe avenues for reporting to the relevant authorities in good faith. This protection includes safeguarding identities, granting immunity from civil and criminal proceedings, and preventing detrimental actions.

(All reports received are treated with utmost confidentiality and investigated independently by the Whistleblowing Committee who is the administrator of the whistleblowing policy.)

To facilitate an investigation into the alleged wrongdoing, where possible and applicable, the following information should be included when making a disclosure:

  1. Brief description of the misconduct;
  2. The date and location of the incidence;
  3. The identity of the wrongdoer;
  4. Particulars of witnesses, if any;
  5. Supporting evidence and/or documents;
  6. Other details deemed to be useful to facilitate screening and action to be carried out.
